I was in the mood to write a blog about the many titles that I have, and how to keep myself organized, relaxed, productive, and happy! Not only am I a sister, a girlfriend and a blogger, but I also have a job, an internship and I'm a full time student! Woo! I'm very busy 90% of the time, and having anxiety a lot of the time makes it hard to keep myself productive and happy!
Here are a couple things that I do personally to keep my mind clear and to keep myself on the right track!
1.) Most importantly I make sure that I always have a little bit of time everyday to myself. Whether it's for 20 minutes or 2 hours, I always make sure I have time to do things that I enjoy, like reading, blogging, watching youtube videos or napping!
2.) Having my own space to study and keep myself organized. I have this desk that is really cheap and falling apart, but it's good for keeping all of my school supplies in the same spot, and it's fine to use for studying, or sometimes I even study on the floor!
3.) Keeping my room clean is so important to me, I cannot sleep unless my room is clean and everything is put into the place it belongs in! I don't have OCD or anything, but it's always been something that I make sure I do! It keeps my mind clear and helps me sleep at night! Once my room is clean, I light some candles, relax and do some homework or some blogging!
4.) Writing in my journal! Whenever I'm feeling sad or discouraged, I always write down all of my thoughts and what I am feeling down to let it out and it helps me really organize my thoughts! I write down everything to what upset me at the time, or even what made me feel happy during the day. Now don't get me wrong, I don't write in my journal everyday, but it's always there when I feel like writing and need to express myself.
5.) Keeping lists! I am such a list girl it is ridiculous! I have lists of everything, whether it be stuff I want to blog about, things I need to take pictures of, things I need to research and homework that I need to get done! It makes me feel so great when I get things on my list done and it helps keep me organized and productive!
6.) I always hang out with the people I love and talk to them about my day and about how they are because that is what is important to me! Me and my boyfriend (above, his name is James!) text constantly, and he helps keep my head clear of worries and he is seriously my rock! He never fails to make me laugh and is always there to listen to my problems throughout the day and help me find a solution! I also talk to my mom or my sister whenever I just need to talk to someone and remove myself from stress!
7.) Lastly, a good cuddle and movie will always turn a bad day into a good night!
